Loodit uses a dual-engine billing model. Your subscription plan (Starter, Professional, or Enterprise) gives you standard administrative coverage (unlimited bookings, custom storefront pages, and team seats) plus a monthly baseline of credits. Metered premium services—such as AI transcription summaries, automated WhatsApp notifications, transactional SMS messages, and call recordings—are billed per-unit and draw directly from your credit balance.
Your plan's standard monthly credit quota resets at the start of each billing cycle (unused plan credits do not roll over). However, credits purchased separately from our top-up bundles (Starter, Growth, Power, or Enterprise packs) never expire. They remain in your wallet and roll over indefinitely until consumed.
If you run out of credits, metered premium features (like generating new AI transcriptions or triggering WhatsApp automation flows) will temporarily pause to prevent overages. Standard operations—including starting video meetings, accepting calendar bookings, and loading storefront pages—remain 100% active. You can refill your wallet immediately by buying a top-up bundle inside your dashboard.
