Service Availability: While we strive to maintain high service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience technical issues that temporarily affect service availability.

Third-Party Integrations: Our platform may integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, or content of these third-party services, and your use of them is subject to their respective terms of service.

To use our Services, you must maintain the security of your workspace settings:

• Account Creation: You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when creating your account. You must maintain the security of your account credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
• User Conduct: You agree to use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not use our platform for illegal activities, harassment, or any purpose that violates these terms or the rights of others.
• Content Responsibility: You are solely responsible for all content you upload, share, or transmit through our platform. You represent that you have all necessary rights to such content and that it does not infringe on the rights of any third party.

Loodit and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Loodit and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

User Content License: By uploading content to our platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of providing our services.

Respect for Intellectual Property: You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services or included software. You may not reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our software.

Certain features of our platform require a paid subscription:

• Subscription Fees: Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in our refund policy.
• Payment Terms:You agree to pay all applicable fees and charges associated with your use of our services. We may change our pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
• Billing Disputes: If you dispute any charges, you must notify us within 30 days of the charge. We will investigate and resolve billing disputes in good faith.

Maximum Liability: Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination by You: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon termination, your access to our services will cease, and we may delete your account and associated data.

Termination by Us: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we are required to do so by law.

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. Provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.
